You will collaborate with various departments to streamline the onboarding process and enhance the new hire experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires within the NHP.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and operational teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Develop and implement onboarding strategies that improve new hire engagement and retention.
- Monitor and evaluate the onboarding process, making improvements as needed.
