The service we offer has been tailored specifically for care homes. Unlike the current model, our staff are responsible for patients who reside in care homes. This is why we believe the best place for our team to be, is in the community. By always being on the road, we are able to deal with queries quicker and more efficiently.

About The Surgery

• Patient list size: 1388
• Support staff including pharmacists, ANP, Dietician and Palliative Care Nurses.
• EMIS Web and paper light
• High Qof Achievement

• 2 to 6 clinical sessions
