We are recruiting for a
Occupational Health Psychotherapist
who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the

To play a lead role in the psychological support offered with a particular focus on the needs of staff referred through the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Department.

The post holder will be responsible for providing specialist psychotherapy input to the unit, which will include individual assessment, formulation, and individual therapy as appropriate.

To liaise with stakeholders within MFT, to ensure ongoing appropriate psychological support to staff across the Trust and develop pathways for psychological support, including specialist pathways which meet the needs of acute hospital staff.
