An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, hard-working Administrative Assistant to join our Psychosocial Team working in Nephrology and Transplant.
We are searching for a person who shares our core values including caring for the people we serve and the people we work with; we trust and respect each other, take personal responsibility, treat people with kindness and act with integrity.
The individual must be reliable and flexible to meet service needs and used to working in a busy environment.
The successful candidate will ideally have some experience of working in an administrative capacity. Experience of working within a Multi disciplinary team would be an advantage as would the ability to support various teams.
To Ensure The Provision Of a Comprehensive And Effective Administrative Assistant To The Renal Psychology And Social Work Teams, Which Include
- Processing of patient data
- Arranging meetings and producing formal agendas and minutes
- Audio/copy typing
- Collate and prepare data
- Arranging patient appointments
- Use of Oracle for ordering stationery supplies and other sundries
- Filing
