Senior Paediatric Nurse in Eating Disorders
This is a 12 Month Fixed Term post for Maternity Cover
This post will play an integral role in the Community Eating Disorders for Children and Young People (CEDS-CYP) team, with a focus on leading the nursing team to deliver effective, person-centered care for young people and their families.
CEDS-CYP is a specialist service offering assessment and treatment to young people under 18 who are experiencing an eating disorder. Our team covers Tower Hamlets, Newham and City & Hackney.
The post-holder will have excellent skills at engaging young people, families and the wider team to create a holistic experience for young people with eating disorders. They must be able to coordinate and oversee physical health monitoring to ensure a seamless experience for young people. They will play a crucial role in physical assessments and monitoring, organising necessary interventions, liaising with relevant external stakeholders and coordinating care for patients within the service.
