You will work across a range of settings including the college site and within the residential settings.

Key duties
- Support the psychologist in preparing behavioural programmes and reflecting on risk factors for baseline assessments
- Coordinate and chair meetings to plan and review behaviour plans or similar.
- Undertake objective observations of students and produce functional assessments of behaviour
- Analyse behaviour patterns to inform practice
- Directly work with students in line with behaviour assessment and support plans, modelling strategies as deemed appropriate
- Maintain and support accurate records of behaviour management and restrictive physical interventions
- To work with the psychologist to reflect on the possible contributing factors of behavioural difficulty ad recommend support strategies

- Undergraduate psychology degree (21 or above).
- 5 GCSE grade C or equivalent including Maths and English
- Experience of working with children / young people with special education needs and high-level support
- Experience of working with ASD.
