A global creative agency are looking for a Receptionist to work in their fabulous designer offices in Covent Garden. Working as a team of 3, you will be proactive, sociable and extremely confident with excellent communication skills.


Duties Will Include


  • Making sure the music is on, coffee machines are loaded, and all work has been carried out by facilities overnight
  • Meeting clients and visitors and announcing their arrival via Teams
  • Issuing all ID and security passes
  • Looking after deliveries
  • Actioning queries from the general enquiry email address
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Preparing meeting rooms including trolleys for teas, coffees, and refreshments
  • Fire regs administration

Your hours of work will be 830-5 and you will be required in the office Monday to Friday.

Candidates must have previous office experience and have plenty of initiative and common sense to be able to pick things up quickly. Computer literacy is essential.
