About The Role
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the day:to:day management and growth of domiciliary care services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the delivery of high:quality care services in line with CQC standards.
- Managing and developing a team of care staff to ensure excellent service.
- Ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and maintaining compliance.
- Working with senior management to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.

Requirements
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within domiciliary care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.
