Embassy of Beauty are looking for a New Clinic Manager to manage our clinic and represent us passionately.

Embassy of Beauty is situated in the prestigious London enclave of Kensington, our luxury clinic offers tailored services and aims to provide an exceptional experience to our valued clients. As the Clinic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth functioning, and driving growth.


We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated, successful, and possesses substantial experience in the field of private healthcare or dentistry with the ability to develop the clinic to multi sites. Your responsibilities will encompass various areas, including driving sales, staff management, coordination of patient care, supervision of marketing and social media initiatives, and the overall efficient and effective running of the clinic. The role as Clinic Manager:

  • Effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring exceptional standards of patient care, customer service, and cleanliness.
  • Drive growth and oversee the clinic's financial performance to maximise diary occupancy and increase product sales to meet daily KPIs.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to adhere to industry best practices.
  • Efficiently manage patient scheduling to ensure appointments are conducted smoothly and punctually.
  • Oversee the patient experience, constantly striving to enhance their journey by providing comprehensive information, comfort, and satisfaction with their treatments, as well as monitoring the treatment quality.
  • Oversee the recruitment and training of new staff members to ensure a capable and skilled team.
  • Build and manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring the smooth running of the clinic.
  • Manage the staff development, ensuring knowledge of the brands and treatments is always optimal.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service



The Clinic Manager will have/be:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing a clinic with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to motivate staff and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ability to report to your general manager and follow through their instructions
  • A trustworthy track record, reliability and be punctual at all times
  • Be able to take responsibility and manage the clinic professionally and on own initiative with strong organisational and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to administer, direct and coordinate clinic activities
  • Implement measurement standards to assess clinic operations
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor and drive a high performing team
  • Evaluate and improve employee performance
  • Proven ability to assist your team in reaching their KPI's
  • Utilise advanced clinical skills to treat, assess and educate clients
  • Must be able to perform consultations in all treatments we offer
  • Ability to carry out skin consultations with prospective clients to determine individual needs and to make recommendations on appropriate treatments
  • Ability to upsell treatments and packages
  • An enthusiastic approach, be friendly and highly presentable
  • Ability to work Saturdays
  • Have good Skin care knowledge and be able to sell and recommend products
