Care Assistant (Days). Oak Springs Care Home.
Our beautiful 74-bedded home is spread across 3 floors, and our lively team supports the vibrant community of residents to enjoy everything from music rooms and a beauty salon, to peaceful lounge and courtyard areas. As a Care Assistant at our home, your role may involve:

- 8am-8pm shifts
- 3-4 days per week
- £11.49 per hour PLUS £1 enhancement* for overtime

- undertaking any necessary training
- supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activities
- providing emotional support and companionship
- supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focussed on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilities
- maintaining high standards within the care home environment
- working flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met

- Able to demonstrate a genuine interest in working in the health and social care sector- experience is beneficial but certainly not essential!
