Band 7: £43,742 to £50,056 a year Progress to 8a salary on successful completion of competencies.  PERMANENT

  • Provide clinical supervision to more junior team members and other members of the MDT.

Due to service redesign we have opportunities for three enthusiastic Counselling or Clinical psychologists (band 7) to progress to Senior (band 8a); come join Inpatient Adult Mental Health Services!

  • Different locations (Coventry).
  • Part time/full time hours.
  • Flexibility: a third of your role remote if preferred.
  • Ideal for those in final training year.

Working in inpatient mental health is a great use of all skills we have as psychologists; it's a great place to learn, develop and progress to a Senior role. The role is diverse, stimulating, and thought-provoking. If you would like opportunities to engage in 1:1 work, group interventions, consultation, teaching and supervision with excellent support from a qualified psychologist, then please apply to join our friendly team!

We're keen to recruit recovery-oriented thoughtful team players and welcome all conversations if you're curious. You're also very welcome to come and meet some of the team and see the wards - these roles cover our treatment wards or rehab.
