Position: Reception Night Team Member
Hours: 24 hours per week over three days (including weekends, bank holidays, and festive periods) £12.19 per hour,
Contract Type: Permant
Shift Pattern: 23:00pm - 07:00am 8 hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Answer phone calls and manage guest inquiries.
Provide information about the hotel, available services, and local attractions.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Complete in house laundary tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
Over age of 18
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and festive periods.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems.
