Bryntirion Surgery in Bargoed is offering an exciting opportunity for a Salaried GP to join their supportive and close-knit team under new management. The position allows for autonomous work alongside nursing and administrative staff, providing an excellent environment for skill development and experience enhancement. Bryntirion Surgery is a well-established surgery with approximately under new management, we currently have a fantastic opportunity for a General Practitioner to join their close knit teams. You will work autonomously alongside our welcoming and supportive Nursing and Administration team.

Your responsibilities as a General Practitioner;

The following are the core responsibilities of the General Practitioner. There may be on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks; this will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels

Perform clinical examinations of patients to assess, diagnose and monitor conditions
Carry out patient consultations at home and within the surgery
Monitor patients' conditions and wellbeing
Carry out clinical examinations
Diagnose and treat various illnesses/ailments
Liaise with other healthcare professionals (e.g., midwives, pharmacists, health visitors and psychiatrists) as part of multidisciplinary teams
