Specialising in Surgical and non-surgical aesthetic medicine, they offer the most effective cosmetic treatments from their Harley Street base. Their treatments are often the latest most cutting edge and include Surgical breast augmentation, Blepharoplasty, Liposuction and many more. Non-surgical treatments include wrinkle reducing injections Vampire treatments, Soft Surgery treatments and much more.

The clinic also specialises in Non-surgical Sexual Aesthetics and he is considered by many to be the GOD father of these treatments in Europe and the Middle East.

Essential Skills Required

• Must have proven sales experience
• Maintaining a positive relationship to ensure future sales
• Excellent organisation and planning skills
• Confidence in communicating with people from diverse backgrounds
• Compassion, discretion and persistence in a sales function when following up enquiries
• Ability to multi-task, juggle a large workload and prioritise important vs urgent tasks
• Confidence and resilience in a fast-paced paced environment
• Outgoing, friendly manner
• Enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic
  
  

The ideal candidate will

• Live within a 1-hour commute of Harley Street London
• Have 1+ year experience working in a clinic in a patient-facing role
• Have 1+ year experience in booking appointments / making sales for a clinic
  
  

Desirable Skills Required

• Ideally a min 2 years experience in a medical clinic in front of house, patient-facing role
• 3 years experience in a sales-driven role
• Multi-language skills
• A persuasive, persistent and determined nature

• The ideal person for this role must excel in sales and have flair and drive for reaching targets but also enjoy admin work
• Enjoy providing warm, professional care and going the extra mile for patients
• You must enjoy working in a fast-paced, highly pressured environment where excellence in patient care is the paramount goal
  
  

What will your role look like?

• Promoting the benefits of treatments and converting enquiries into appointments/new business for the clinic
• Following up on enquiries into the clinic and booking them in for a consultation
• Following up cancellations and VIPs to book them in for a re-visit
• Booking appointments and treatments
