Band 7 or 8a Psychologist or Psychotherapist fixed term position based in Camberwell working with Dulwich Community Mental Health Team (Psychosis pathway).

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative psychological therapist to join our psychological therapies team on a fixed-term basis for 10 months. The position is available at band 7 or 8a depending on experience. The position is available 30 hours per week at band 8a and fulltime (part time negotiable) at band 7.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with people impacted by psychosis and their families.

We are committed to increasing the accessibility and acceptability of psychological interventions to the diverse population of Southwark, and welcome applications from people interested in designing innovative psychological and psychosocial interventions.

The postholder will provide psychological interventions for individuals and families experiencing psychosis and bipolar affective disorders. Whilst experience and competence in evidence-based approaches, such as CBT for Psychosis and Family Interventions for Psychosis are desirable, there will be opportunities for development within the role; and we are also looking for people with a track record of delivering interventions that improve accessibility for groups under-represented in psychological therapy services.

They will work as part of the MDT and provide indirect support and consultation for colleagues.
