Responsibilities


  • Travel to clients' homes within a designated area to provide care and support services
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of medication administration
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and team members to ensure the highest level of care and support
  • Attend training and development sessions as required


Requirements


  • Previous experience as a care worker or in a related field
  • Must drive and have access to own vehicle
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
