The role of the Digital Wellbeing Practitioner is to improve access to high quality support to CYP who access the services provided by Compass who elect for or are assessed as suitable for digital interventions.

Compass is a national charity providing wellbeing, health and support services to children, young people, families and carers in schools and communities across England. We are committed to developing creative ways of engaging with the people we serve to improve access to services and to information and knowledge to empower people to live well.

We are looking for a committed Digital Wellbeing Practitioner to provide remote support to Children, Young People and Families accessing evidence based digital interventions (e.g. Silver Cloud, OSI, Triple P) through our Mental Health and Wellbeing services local to their area.

Were seeking somebody who is adept in undertaking assessments, planning, implementing and monitoring interventions for children, young people and families, with the ability to work collaboratively incorporating the use of outcome measures within their work.

The post holder will have a relevant qualification in wellbeing practice as well as experience working therapeutically with CYP with low level wellbeing needs.

The opportunity

The role of the Digital Wellbeing Practitioner is to improve access to high quality support to CYP who access the services provided by Compass who elect for or are assessed as suitable for digital interventions. Working alongside local teams the role will take a pro-active approach to promoting digital interventions, recruiting children, young people and families onto the approach and supporting them to engage in and benefit from the approach.

The post holder will use their experience in practice to shape and inform the Compass approach to digital delivery.

Its largely home based but with an expectation for occasional travel across England which may also include overnight stays.
