The Europa Hotel is a 246-bedroom hotel with the Rafters Lounge Bar, which leads out onto the courtyard, it is also a cosy place to drink in traditional surroundings & we also offer the Mediterranean Restaurant. The Europa also offers 7 conference rooms catering for between 10 to 170 delegates, as well as being a favoured option for wedding events & receptions.

As Our Night Receptionist, You Will
- Check guests in and out.
- Run the Nights Audit.
- Answering the telephone and address any enquiries.
- Look after any guest requests.
- Follow hotel fire regulations and procedures.
- Follow all Nights procedures and any other duties as and when required.
- Complete nights cleaning checklist.
The successful candidate will be organised, reliable and efficient. You will have excellent customer service and care. Experience of opera cloud would be advantageous but not essential.
