An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated individual to join the Management Team, Division B, Hosted Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Service.

The successful candidate will provide day to day professional and confidential administrative support to the Management Team which includes Nurse Managers, Service Manager, Deputy Service Manager, Assistant Support Mangers, Heads of Allied Health Professionals and other members of the Management Team.

The tasks will be varied including full secretarial duties, minute taking, setting up systems, producing reports, organising meetings, etc. Therefore candidates should possess good organisational skills and be able to work to deadlines maintaining a high degree of accuracy at all times.

Candidates should have previous Secretarial/PA experience and should be educated to HNC level preferably in Secretarial Studies or have equivalent experience. Dragon Dictation (formerly Audio Typing), minute taking, diary management, experience of MS Office, excellent communication skills, confidentiality and good team working are key skills for this post.

Interviews will take place 13th of August 2024. Please note as part of the interview there will be a typing test.
