My client is a small to medium sized business who support young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in our local community. Their goal is to Support young adults in our local community to have a happy and valuable life experience... and for their team to have passion for the work they do.

Inspected and rated as "Good" by the CQC, they are determined to elevate their standards even further in the next inspection. We are looking to welcome a waking Nights Support Worker to the team, working with a bright and bubbly young lady with epilepsy and a learning disability that lives in her own home in the district of Horsham.

This role will see you working with this young lady from 10pm through to 8am, this is a waking nights role and as such you will be supporting with personal care, administering meds and monitoring her during sleeping time. (full training will be provided)

We are seeking an individual with:

  • A fun and happy outlook on life.
  • Previous experience in senior care or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
