Location: Ashford

Start date- ASAP

End date- 9+ Months

  • 37.5h / M-F / 9-5 (Part Time - can be flexible)

Skills/Experience

    • The postholder will be part of the community dietetic team visiting patients in their own home/care homes/community hospital. They will need to be an autonomous practitioner with community experience.
    • And will see a range of patients including nutrition support and home enteral nutrition (HEN) patients.
    • Knowledge of HEN required.
  • Car driver preferred but would consider non driver keen on community role*
  • Foodmap trained dietitian is desirable.
  • Covering a varied caseload of adult patient required dietetics intervention in own homes, care homes, community hospital and outpatient clinic settings across Surrey Downs Area
