Skills/Experience
- The postholder will be part of the community dietetic team visiting patients in their own home/care homes/community hospital. They will need to be an autonomous practitioner with community experience.
- And will see a range of patients including nutrition support and home enteral nutrition (HEN) patients.
- Knowledge of HEN required.
- Car driver preferred but would consider non driver keen on community role*
- Foodmap trained dietitian is desirable.
- Covering a varied caseload of adult patient required dietetics intervention in own homes, care homes, community hospital and outpatient clinic settings across Surrey Downs Area
