A brand new and exciting role has arisen for a top-class Receptionist to join a forward-thinking, media agency in Central London! As Front of House / Receptionist, you will be the face of this innovative, creative business, ensuring visitors are greeted warmly and efficiently, and upholding the exceptional client facing experience at all times. As part of a team of Receptionists, you will work closely to deliver excellent service, build relationships with the team and provide a brilliant experience into all who enter this building. You will be a true ambassador for this amazing agency!
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring a seamless and efficient client journey from arrival
- Managing multiple reception areas (rotating during the week as part of the team), maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Overseeing the FOH space and working closely with the facilities team .
- Coordinating complex meeting room bookings managing clashes
- Supporting hospitality functions, assisting with catering orders and room set-up
- Serving as a First Aider and/or Fire Marshall (training provided)
- Experience in front of house, reception, hospitality, or concierge services within creative, luxury hotel, high-end, or similar environments.
- Polished and professional
- Strong administrative and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in IT and a good grasp of Outlook.
- Familiarity with Condeco or similar room/desk booking systems.
- An outgoing, social personality with excellent relationship building skills!
- Enthusiasm for working with people and a flexible approach to work.
