We are seeking a Care Co-ordinator to support our wonderful care team who cover services across Renfrewshire and Inverclyde.

Based in our Paisley office, this is a pivotal role with responsibility for the effective provision of service delivery.

We would like you to be:

  • a people person who is adept at multi-tasking.
  • solutions focused and passionate about providing a high standard of care to all our service users.
  • responsible for the rostering and management of support workers
  • have the ability to balance a number of conflicting priorities.
  • logical, analytical, highly organised, forward thinking with attention to detail.
  • proactive, resilient, confident and an excellent communicator – someone who seeks to “make it happen” and goes the extra mile to make sure it does.
  • Having excellent computer skills is essential for this role.
  • able to work within a regulatory framework and seek to ensure that the highest standards of care are at the heart of every aspect of our service.
  • a good team player

Ideally you will have relevant experience in a similar role and be qualified to SVQ3, or be prepared to work towards achieving it, or you may be already working in the Healthcare sector and seeking to progress your career.

You will also be required to participate in the 'out of hours' rota. An additional allowance will be payable to cover this.
