Job title: Clinical Fellow in Paediatric Neuroradiology

Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a suitable and aspiring candidate for a Clinical Fellow post within the Paediatric Neuroradiology Unit. This full-time post will be for one year, with the on-call component shared with adult neuroradiology with the National Hospital for Neuroradiology and Neurosurgery site. The candidate will receive high end experience in all aspects of Paediatric Neuroradiology and have the possibility of engaging in strong translatory academic projects.

The successful candidate must possess GMC registration and must have completed the FRCR (or equivalent) examination.

Main duties of the job

  1. To support the neuroradiology reporting service.
  2. To deliver supervised MDTs (e.g., CICU, Neurosurgery, Epilepsy MDTs, Neuro-oncology, Neurology).
  3. To actively participate in the teaching and academic programme of the unit.
  4. To participate in the on-call rota with the adult Neuroradiology services with the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery. The on-call rota for NHNN/GOS is 1 in 12 and band IB.
