Our client, a well respected organisation in Marylebone, are looking to hire a confident and outgoing receptionist on a full time perm basis.

ROLE:
Receptionist
WHERE:
Marylebone
WHEN:
Monday - Friday / 08:00 - 17:00 / 5 days in office

Duties


  • Respond to all written, email and telephone enquiries in a timely manner
  • Serve as primary point of contact
  • Process bookings, invoicing, cancellations, transfers etc
  • Maintain company database
  • Maintain filing systems - both paper and computer based
  • Provide hospitality assistance
  • Assist with meeting room preparation and set up
  • Provide support for the team when with extra duties when needed
  • Manage stock of stationery
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post and couriers
  • General administrative duties


What's Needed


  • Qualification in Business Administration is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Impeccable time management skills
  • Confident, bubbly and happy to go the extra mile
  • Understanding of all MS packages
