Are you a proactive, hands-on individual looking for a fulfilling role in a supportive environment? Our client an esteemed family law firm is seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Junior PA to join their team.

As a Receptionist/Junior PA, you will be the first point of contact for clients and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the reception area and meeting rooms, for both external and internal purposes as well as assisting the wider legal team for administration purposes.


Duties Include


  • Welcoming clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Providing refreshments.
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Scheduling appointments and maintaining the office calendar for all three offices, also online.
  • Assisting with document preparation and file management.
  • Providing administrative support to the legal team. Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Meeting room set up and clearing for both internal and external meetings. Courier and taxi bookings.
  • Post and DX both incoming and outgoing. Performing other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the office.

5 days a week, 9.00 - 18.00 office based.

Ideally to start asap and will look at one weeks notice.

Happy to consider law graduates who are looking for a springboard into the legal profession after a year.

This role is based in South London / Clapham area so MUST be able to access within an hour (maximum) commute- each way.
