Job Description

As a Receptionist your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Answer telephones and respond to enquiries professionally
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and managing correspondence
  • Handle patient confidentiality with utmost sensitivity
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with various secretarial and business support duties as required

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Receptionist Should Have

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a secretarial or business support role would be advantageous
