As head nurse your key responsibilities will entail:

*Managing the nursing team: Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

*Creating nurse rota

*Nurse consults, anaesthesia, inpatient work

*Carrying out reviews of the nursing team

*Ensuring high clinical standards by upholding our commitment to excellence in patient care.

Your shift pattern will be 40 hours across 4 or 5 days per week between 8 am - 7:30 pm. 1:3 Saturday Morning (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM). No OOH or on-call work.
