We're looking for someone to join us in our London office as a Care Coordinator! We're looking for a personable individual with great organisation skills to deliver customer service over the phone and via email, and provide administration support. In this role you will be responsible for completing team rotas and acting as the initial point of contact for any queries with clients, healthcare workers and the wider operations of the business. This is a truly rewarding role where your actions can improve people's lives every day.

Everyday you will…


  • Be the initial point of contact for both our clients and candidates by fulfilling routine and complex requests and offering support were needed
  • Ensure clients needs are met by having selected and maintained the best nurses or carers for their needs
  • Plan rotas and make decisions on nurses’ suitability for particular shifts and availability
  • Work with the clinical and remote teams to ensure all administration is in line with CQC requirements in a timely manner
