We have a vacancy within our new Communication Hub for a Patient Concierge.

You will play a key role in delivering our patient experience strategy, ensuring our customers have a first-class experience and receive the care and support they need.

Patient Concierge – Full Time


Location:
Remote


Salary:
£27,300 per annum


Hours:
35 hours per week, working on a shift pattern, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. We work on a rota basis between 8.00am and 4.00pm, 9.00am and 5.00pm and 10.00am and 6.00pm.


As a Patient Concierge, you will:


  • Be the first point of contact for our patients and stakeholders, provide a professional service, managing queries in an efficient and timely manner via calls, emails, and chat.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and work to facilitate the smooth day-to-day running of the Communication Hub.
  • Put the patient first with a seamless journey working with a first contact resolution mindset.


The ideal candidate will have:


  • Excellent empathy and listening skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively by phone and in writing.
  • Knowledge and understanding of RTT and DMreporting requirements.
