The post holder will be responsible for delivering an effective and efficient support service to specialty Point of Delivery teams (POD), to assist in the provision of quality patient care.
Patient Pathway Support (Band 2)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Patient Pathway Support to join the Pod 5 administrative team, for ENT, Dental, Orthodontic, Oral, Restorative and Maxillofacial services.
The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary Point of Delivery team (POD), and will provide support in the proactive management of the patient pathway from referral to discharge, ensuring the entire pathway is managed in a timely manner. The post holder will also act as the point of contact for patients regarding all administrative issues relating to the patients’ pathway of care.
Interview date : TBC
The post holder will be responsible for delivering an effective and efficient support service to specialty Point of Delivery teams (POD), to assist in the provision of quality patient care. This will include general clerical and administrative duties that support the administrative elements of the entire patient pathway.
The post holder will have skills in all areas of administrative functions to enable them to support the patient pathway.
Croydon Health Services NHS Trust provide hospital and community services from a number of community and specialist clinics throughout Croydon. The Trust was formed on 1st August 2through the integration of Croydon Community Health Services and Mayday Healthcare NHS Trust.
