Healthcare Homes Group are recruiting for a Group Trainer to join our Learning and Development team. Working remotely you will be delivering inductions and face to face training to our new and existing colleagues across Healthcare Homes and Manorcourt.

Working as part of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering virtual inductions and face to face training to our new and existing care team primarily across our Norfolk and Suffolk locations.

Previous experience as a trainer is not essential as support and training will be provided however a background and experience delivering hands on care is essential. As our induction training is held virtually you will need to have good computer skills including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.

Due to the nature of the role you will be required to travel to various locations across Norfolk and Suffolk so access to your own transport is essential and ideally you will live in or within close proximity to the area.
