The successful candidate will support the Cardiac Catheter Lab Manager, acting as a role model, and undertake delegated responsibility in their absence to provide effective clinical leadership that ensures quality person-centred care.
We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Catheter Lab nurse, with demonstrable leadership skills and an enthusiasm to learn and develop, to join our Worthing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established, supportive team, who continue to want to grow the service.

The nursing team works across the Cardiac Catheter Labs and recovery, to deliver high quality, person centred care. We run a fast-paced service, from elective day-cases and inpatients, to emergency admissions.

The successful candidate will be a proficient Cardiac Catheter Lab nurse who will be able to lead, influence and deliver effective care working in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team. They will ensure that high quality, effective and compassionate care is provided to the individual, their families, and carer.

The successful candidate will support the Cardiac Catheter Lab Manager, acting as a role model, and undertake delegated responsibility in their absence to provide effective clinical leadership that ensures quality person-centred care. They will possess excellent communication skills and ensure the safe and efficient management of the service/department within allocated resources. They will support and facilitate the development of all the staff within the team, acting as a role model.
