The Patient Relations Administration Officer will provide administrative support to the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS), in accordance with Departmental and Trust guidelines, policies and procedures. This is a 9 month fixed-term contract.

The Patient Relations Administration Officer will provide administrative support to the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS), in accordance with Departmental and Trust guidelines, policies and procedures. This includes logging and assisting patient and visitors concerns with the Hospital.
