Right now, we’ve got several exciting opportunities to join the Customer Care team as Customer Care Advisors, helping us build Britain’s best pub business!
About the role:
Our Customer Care Advisor roles are fast-paced and all about delivering the goods while focussing on providing a best-in-class customer experience. There’s plenty to get involved in as you work directly with our customers ensuring end-to-end service and delivery management.
This role will require a high level of attention to detail, big-picture thinking and teamwork as you link up with other departments to provide an exceptional level of service.

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for self-starters who learn quickly and enjoy problem-solving.

You’ll be working in a well-connected team and there’ll be many internal and external stakeholders, so excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to be successful in the role.
This is a customer-focused role. If you have previous inbound/outbound call centre experience including Livechat then that’s a bonus, but above all else, we’re searching for someone with an exceptional approach to customer service, great listening skills and the ability to react and steer conversations towards a positive outcome.
Keeping our customer at the heart of everything we do, no 2 calls are the same and so having the ability to think on your feet is essential.

This role is office/site based, we currently operate a hybrid working framework which allows us to capture the benefits of both working in the office and at home. For full-time roles, we work a minimum of 3 days in the office – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with Monday and Friday being our work-from-home days.
