Currently we are looking for people to join our team who live in the Horsham, Crawley and East Grinstead areas. Full-time, Part-time and Weekend work available.

For the successful candidates this job is not only extremely rewarding but it also offers extensive training with certificates and an opportunity to move forward into a career in Brain Injury and Learning Disabilities Support.

During your shift you will work with 1 or at maximum 2 service users supporting them to live a normal fulfilling life, which will include duties such as accompanying them to appointments, social engagements, shopping and many more fun filled activities...


Must have full UK or EU/EAA driving licence and access to a car

Pay Rates Starting From


£12.75 Weekdays

£13.75 Weekends

£14.25 Waking Nights

All the clients supported have individual personalities and skill sets albeit with a range of neurological disorders and complex needs, you will support them with a wide range of activities on a daily basis rather than the traditional task focused care service other providers offer, so if you want to make a real difference to someone's life then apply today.
