We are currently recruiting for a Healthcare Assistant to join our community Paignton Health and Well-Being Team.To work as a Healthcare Assistant within an integrated team, will result in your working across the following services: Community Nursing, Intermediate Care and Community Matrons.
We recognise the importance and impact clinical support can make a difference, and that's why we're looking for an ambitious and eager individual who also want to make a difference within the healthcare profession.

You will deliver high quality care to the housebound patients of Paignton, and work as part of multi-disciplinary team in partnership with primary care and secondary care.
