We are looking for an experienced conscientious, committed and reliable person to join our friendly and professional team. You must be flexible, a team player friendly and reliable. You need to be prepared to deal with a variety of staff groups as well as visitors to the department without conflict or confrontation.
You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and users of the pain service as well as actively manage and co-ordinate pain secretarial staff and all the administrative processes of a patient pathway, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for patients within the pain service throughout their treatment as well as providing a seamless, effective administration service to the multidisciplinary team within the pain service based at both Royal London Hospital and St Bartholomew's Hospital.
