About The Role
We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Graypaul Ferrari Maserati Edinburgh.
As a Sytner Service Advisor you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our clients and our workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep our clients up to date at every stage of their journey through the service department. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also have the ability to offer best advice on our products and services to our clients.
This is a challenging but rewarding role where customer care always comes first and it is vital that you are able to build a genuine rapport and form a long lasting relationship with our clients.
Sytner Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About You
Ideally, you will have previous experience within a Franchised Dealership preferably with a prestige brand. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by Ferrari and Maserati to support your career development.
You will possess excellent organisational and administrative skills and a strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering very high levels of customer care in a very busy and demanding environment. Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous, but not essential.
