Ward 18 is a busy multi surgical ward looking to recruit two full time band 6 nurses to join our Team.As a Deputy Ward Manager you will act as a Senior Nurse supporting our nursing and care support staff. You will be a strong clinical leader with relevant clinical experience. You must be willing to undertake training in order to further your clinical knowledge and competence.
Leadership of the daily running of the ward
Support for junior team members
Supporting students
Performance and sickness management
Managing health roster
Managing Incident Forms
Working flexibly days/nights/weekends
