  • To provide a comprehensive service to Consultants and secretarial services to junior doctors, Cellular Pathology Service Manager and Service Support Manager as required.
  • To co-ordinate with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical staff in cancer multidisciplinary teams to ensure delays in patient pathways are minimised and adhere to Cancer Turnaround Times.
  • To track outstanding cancer cases and progress through the department.
  • To provide data/information for weekly reports submitted to Senior Management Teams

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a Secretarial / administration capacity. Experience of working within a Multi disciplinary team would be an advantage as would the ability to work support various teams.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
