A trading and investment company based in St Paul's are looking for an Team Assistant on a temporary basis for 12 months. You will be providing vital support to the general affairs teams, ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes. Looking for experienced Administrative/Team Assistants that are immediately available and Japanese speaking.
The Role Of The Team Assistant
Mange the administration for the department, from handling payments and monthly reporting to setting up new starters
Organise and maintain essential documents and files
Oversee and track various tasks, including managing assets and supplies
Streamline communication with service providers, manage invoices and maintain accurate records
Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and activities
Handle incoming emails
The Ideal Candidate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in BOTH English and Japanese
Previous experience as Administrative Assistant
Strong computer skills required, including all Microsoft packages
Reliable and strong work ethic
Organised and structured mindset
Team player, courteous and professional
