To be part of an integrated health/social care team providing inpatient care for service users suffering from serious and enduring mental illness.
We currently have a vacancy for a full time Registered Mental Health Nurse to work within the Acute Inpatient Service. Ward 12 is mixed sex adult acute in-patient ward.This is an exciting opportunity for self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals to work within the Acute Care Team, supporting adults experiencing acute mental ill health within Lincolnshire. The Acute Care Service provides assessment and individualised care within the least restrictive environment, with minimal disruption to service user, their families, and carers.
We are looking for conscientious, motivated, and progressive staff who can demonstrate a commitment to providing and maintaining high standards of care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flexible and responsive approach are required to fulfil the role within this rewarding area of mental health.
As a trust, in the past few years we have been voted by our own staff as one of the best mental health trusts in England and achieving the best Mental Health Trust Nationally in the 2staff survey. We firmly believe that high quality patient care is provided by a contented work force, and this is reflected in the latest CQC report was outstanding for well led and good overall.

The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of nursing care, in liaison with the care team in the capacity of a mental health nurse.
