  • Meeting and greeting guests, ensuring reception is always presentable
  • Admin duties: filling, photocopying, proofreading, expenses
  • Answering calls and acting as a gatekeeper
  • Managing the office diary and scheduling meetings
  • Making sure inventory and refreshments are always stocked

The ideal candidate will be a Receptionist with 3 - 5 years’ of experience in the investment sector, luxury hotel/hospitality or former cabin crew.
