The Children's Community Complex Care Team provides care and support to a range of children and young people with varying healthcare needs, some who are technology dependent, in a variety of settings across the Manchester area.

The complex care team is currently looking to recruit nursing assistants to provide support and care to a range of young people across the city. The post holder will become part of a team of registered nurses and carers working with families and young people delivering a range of high quality care packages.

You must be a highly motivated and dedicated individual who has the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service over a 24 hour/7 day period. Travelling across the Manchester area you will hold a
full driving licence
and have access to a vehicle for work purposes. Posts are full time but we will consider part time applicants. The successful applicant will progress through, and upon completion of the Trust Clinical Support

Worker Development Programme demonstrating evidence of clinical

knowledge, skill and competency the worker will move to band 3 AfC.
