Job Description

We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our amazing Housekeeping team!

Key Responsibilities

Clean and Tidy Guest Rooms:

• Thoroughly clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and coffee/tea.
• Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor/manager
  
  

Inventory Management

• Check and restock inventory of cleaning supplies.
  
  

Lost And Found Procedures

• Follow hotel procedures for handling lost and found items, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
  
  

Guest Interaction

• Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct oneself in a polite and respectful manner when interacting with guests and colleagues.
  
  

Security

• Ensure all guest rooms are secured and properly locked when leaving them.
  
  

Teamwork And Independence

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and cooperation.
  
  

Attention To Detail

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  
  

Time Management

Laundry Services

• Collect laundry and dry cleaning for guests. Sort and count linen and towels for collection by the laundry company.
