The role
In this role you will be responsible for delivering a high quality, customer focused, integrated neighbourhood management service including safeguarding, a wide range of tenancy management tasks, ASB, as well as working closely with other teams to offer support to our customers.
The successful applicant will also support the line management of the housing team, working closely with the Housing Manager to deliver successful and positive outcomes to our customers.
The right fit
- You will need experience in delivering high-quality front-line customer facing housing services as well as excellent customer service skills.
- You will be required to support vulnerable residents therefore experience with this is required.
- You must be able to work as part of a team as well as work flexibly and adapt to changing environments.
- You need excellent numeracy, ICT and literacy skills in order to analyse data and write reports.
- You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills with people at all levels.
- You must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with this you will need excellent time management skills.
