You will have an eye for detail and a passion for curating wholehearted experiences.Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:Support the concierge team to organise and deliver unique and fun experiences to our guests.Build an impressive network of restaurants, bars, and experiences to ensure that our guests are always taken care of.Maintain a welcoming lobby area, ensuring it reflects the Nobu standards of service.Continuously think of innovative experiences that we can curate for our guests, and collaborate with local businesses to establish beneficial partnerships.Keeping up to date with internal events, restaurant information, and Hotel product knowledge.Lead, motivate, and supervise the concierge team to ensure they deliver authentic and personalised care to our guests.ABOUT YOUIdeally you would have previous bar experience with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar Lifestyle boutique hotel, destination fine dining restaurant or cocktail lounge/bar.You have a genuine desire to take care of those around you and understand that its the little things that matter.Always willing to give a helping hand to those around you.You work well in a close-knit team environment that values the importance of supporting each other.If you pride yourself on working ethically, with integrity and have a passion for making things happen then please apply today!All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the United Kingdom.
