We have an exciting development opportunity for a qualified nurse to join our busy Ward 9 Team.
Ward 9 consists of General Medical and Respiratory patients and boasts a department that has expanded over the last year and we want you to join our team working in partnership with senior multi-professional colleagues to maintain and develop a flexible high dependency service, responding to trust requirements.
To be responsible for the development and leadership of the clinical nursing team to ensure the highest standard of care is met in line with local and national recommendations.
Main duties of the job
We Are Looking To Appoint a
- dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills
- with experience in Respiratory, Acute Medicine
- with some managerial and team leader experience or NIC experience
- enthusiasm for caring for acutely ill medical patients.
