We are looking for
support workers to work in our supported living services in
Mildenhall, Beck Row
East Anglia
. You’ll be working with autistic adults and their families in a range of environments that support the service users' needs.
Our Supported living homes currently supports 3 individuals. The home is run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our safe environment and fully trained experienced staff support people to have a good quality of life, ensuring support and activities are meaningful to each individual
Role
Previous experience of working with people who exhibit challenging behaviour is desirable but not essential for this role. You will need to be enthusiastic and willing to help individuals with a variety of care and support needs including:
- Accessing the community, shopping, social outings and leisure activities
- Domestic tasks like cooking and personal care
- Please note driving a manual car is a requirement for this role in order to enable some of the people we support access activities outside of the services. Please indicate on your application if you are able to drive and hold a full UK driving licence.

Flexible shifts available . We promote a flexible rota system to create a healthy work/life balance for our staff.
